With the first of its kind brewery in Ireland, we are well suited to offer a variety of brewery tour packages and tastings, including beer and food pairing experiences. Stack A Restaurant is temporarily closed and will be reopening in Autumn. Serving both lunch and dinner, group menus, canapes and a lot more, it is a unique space to bring your relatives, friends or clients. Due to the layout of the vaults, each separated by a wonderful wall of brick and stone, it makes for an unrivalled atmosphere and setting. Located in our 200-year-old vaults, an architectural masterpiece in its own right, Stack A is a smart casual restaurant suited to intimate small tables, social gatherings or larger groups up to 300+ guests. Think of an oasis and a suntrap at the same time. Our large Hop Garden Terrace, fully heated and covered, is an ideal all year-round spot to enjoy a drink, bite, or coffee. Our most social, informal and vibrant space with its own dedicated open kitchen, crafting an array of international tapas style dishes and substantial raciones, and a fantastic drinks selection with over 200 beers -some of them brewed on-site, more than 100 wines, as well as very selective spirits and inventive cocktails. A briefly detailed outline is shared below. Our venue is a mix of offerings that is inspired by travels and journeys of our own and suits any occasion. We’ve created our intimate home in a stunning, vaulted 19th century warehouse space in the CHQ Building.

A 12.5% service charge (shared entirely among all the staff, after tax, and on top of wages) will be added to the final bill.

A no-show, late cancellation or any reduction in numbers after final confirmation (5 working days before the event) will result in loss of deposit / full charge per person for the menu and drinks confirmed.Deposits are not transferable and they are not refundable 28 days from event date. If your event had to be cancelled by reason of force majeure, your deposit could be used at a later date, providing that Urban Brewing has not incurred any costs related to your reservation. Your Deposit will be credited to the final food bill on the day of your event. We ask all customers to arrive on time so that we may provide you with the best level of service.

Reservations will only be held for 10 minutes after reservation time.Wines need to be pre selected for all groups over 20 guests.We will provide a silent vegetarian option and adapted dishes for guests with special dietary requirements confirmed in advance. For groups over 79 guests, one choice of starter, main, and dessert will need to be pre-selected for the whole group.The food bill will be charged in full for the confirmed number of guests, regardless of attendance.Final numbers must be confirmed 5 working days prior to the reservation date if there is a change in your numbers please let us know in advance.

Bookings will not be considered as confirmed until a signed copy of this Booking Form and a Deposit has been received by Urban Brewing.
